Description: |
SU 100 rolls patt the industrial park in Kirkwood as it heads down the Delaware Division for Jersey. NYSW would run trains with solid Alco!consists, though now that there were a lot of stack trains, SU 99 and SU 100 were becoming uncommon, so spectacles such as this were hard to find. Check out the CP box cars in the script lettering. |

This is SLN 5, today with 115 stack platforms and a lone conventional freight car. Once over the top, its 35 miles and a ride across Starrucca to get to Binghamton, where a CP crew will take over for the trip to Buffalo. Note the trailing unit, NYSW 4040. This is one of the CSX financed units that served on the NYSW during the directed service of the D&H. It will soon be returning to CSX. |

Down the Delaware |
Description: |
An eastbound Sea Land train, NTV 4 on Conrail, rolls along the Delaware at Cochecton. This was a good spot for trains running either direction, as it was right on NY 97, and had good views both ways. |

Back to New York |
Description: |
After running on the PA side since Narrowsburg, a necessity due to the lack of places to site a right of way on the NY side for the Erie at the time it was built, NTV 4 crosses the well know Mill Rift bridge across the Delaware, landing it back in NY at Sparrow Bush. It will shortly be in Port Jervis. |
