BINGEN WA Sept 27 1978 -- Burlington Northern C636 4368, GP35 2537 and C424 4240 make their way east in the Columbia River Gorge. The unit was built (b/n 6030-03) for the Spokane Portland & Seattle as SP&S 342 in November 1968. BN retired the unit in August 1980 and it was scrapped at Chrome Crankshaft, Silvis IL.
