From its founding in 1883 until 26 Jun. '13, this Kaukauna paper mill was Thilmany Pulp and Paper Co. (a.k.a. Thilmany, LLC or Thilmany Papers). The 4 TPPX pulpwood gondolas to the left are spotted there to be loaded with pulpwood to be shipped somewhere else. The number boards of the CN local can be seen above the gondolas at left. The Rail King is a Model RK330 G4 Mobile Railcar Mover, weight 51,500 lb., length 181", width 120", height (on road) 142", height (on rail) 134", rail clearance 3", road clearance 10", 4 speeds (forward & reverse), top speed on road 9 mph, top speed on rail 15 mph. |
