An eastbound rail train waits alongside Dewey Avenue, shortly after the dispatcher has announced, "That's enough eastbounds, we've been doing eastbounds all morning. Time for some westbounds." This train answered back that it was tying down, and I discovered that it was under the authority of a lady hogger.
