Easing through the sag at Howie siding.  Editors Pick! Contributor's Pick!
CSX Q614 negotiates the sag at Howie Siding, as it pull to a stop for a meet with Q675. The elevator is the new Columbia Farms feed mill that is under construction. While the mill will mean lots of new traffic for CSX, it could very well spell doom for the Hartwell Railroad to the north, who currently handle the traffic from the company's Lavonia facility that will likely close when this mill is opened.
