Eastbound Control Section Walker
When BNSF put in a third track through the Cajon Pass in 2007, they created a new cross over and named it "Walker" after a former Santa Fe Railroad employee who spent much of his early career with the railroad attending the old station at Cajon. Mr. Walker was known as an expert to the railfan community and is cited in a number of publications and appears in a number of videos on the subject. Mr. Walker passed away in I believe 2007, or 2008, hence this piece of track was named after him.
