NJT 4508 on train 5448  Contributor's Pick!
Unfortunately, the sun went down before the 4508 would come back west. With a little photoshop magic, I used the illuminated headlights on another ALP45DP and I cloned the headlights so it would look like the 4508s headlights and ditch lights were on. NJT 4508 with the black history wrap is on train 5448 in Union, NJ 5/7/2024. I dont know if the names on the other side are the same, but I think Louis Armstrong, who sings "What a wonderful world", Rosa Parks, Ray Charles, Fredrick Douglas, George Washington Carver, Botanist, Bessie Coleman, first female black aviator, Benjamin O. Davis, World War 2 Army Air Corps aviator and squadron commander. Katherine Johnson, NASA engineer, John Lewis, Congressman, Thurgood Marshal, first black justice on the Supreme Court, Sojourner Truth, abolitionist. Booker T Washington, Educator, Ida B. Wells, author and activist, George Washington Carver, chemist, Dorothy Johnson Vaughan, NASA mathematician, Mark E Dean, computer engineer, Mae E Jemison. These are Black Leaders that are positive role models for the African American Community.
