I believe that MEC959 was sold to the North Stratford not PTM1008. If you look carefully at your photos of PTM1008 and NSRC959 you will see that they are not identical locomotives. Note differences in the steps, end handrails, cab windows and the fifth door on the conductor's side of the long hood.
