WMR Waynesboro Waybill 3839         
Genuine Western Maryland Railway waybill #3839 from Baltimore to Waynesboro, PA. December 21, 1899. I can't make out what the freight on this one was. But it weighed 160 pounds at a freight charge of only 48 cents! Freight agent on this day was A.H. Rossman. Shipper is Smith Manufacturing Company.
