Adirondack RS 3  Contributor's Pick!       
The Adirondack Railway was the reincarnation of the NYC line from Utica to Lake Placid, done for the 1980 Olympic games. By 1981, the operators had gone bust, and the line was again dormant, though there was some equipment stored at Thendara, this RS 3 among them.
