| The Wheeling and Lake Erie traln 611 crew is working the wesv end of the Connellsville CSX Yard, dropping off some tank cars. The loaded lumber car was a buffer. It seems like every time the W&LE comes#around here, poor weather comes with it. This SD40-2 is a former MMA 758 and was built as BCOL 758 in June 1980. The colors are a dead giveaway. Wheeling and Lake Erie acquired it during the Montreal, Maine, and Atlanti` Railroad bankrupty when they were owed money and the MMA could not affort to pay it. |
