Tom Beckett	General	This is at QD in Binghamton. It's still an active location. My spies tell me NS is going to put in power switches, but I'll believe it when I see it. There's currently a hand throw crossover from track 2 to track 1, and a switch to the track that connects to the former D&H. All those are to be upgraded, much to the delight of NS crews. Just to the right, out of the photo, is the ex Erie QD yard. The photographer is standing on the site of the Erie station, which would be behind him at this vantage point.
