Tom Beckett General Back in 1989 or so, there was a detoured stack train(CR dumped TV 301 near Elmira) that ran here. Nobody checked the clearance on the wires before it arrived, and it proceeded to rip down everyone's cable line on Schuyler St. Not a happy day!! 10/31/2016 4:34:44 AM
