| One of the two NEBRASKA ZEPHYR trainsets, specifically the "Train of the Goddesses". This slide was taken between 1964 and when the NZ trainsets were retired in 1968, as there are only 5 cars; 2 cars were removed and scrapped in 1964: 42 seat leg rest chair-3 seat day use drawing room (1DR) #4625 DIANA (reconfigured in 1942 from a 19 seat parlor-3 seat day use drawing room) and 40 seat leg rest chair-16 seat diner #4850 PSYCHE. Scanned with an Epson V550 from a duplicate 35mm slide, brand is unknown. Photographer is unknown; date and month are approximate. |
