| This was a view looking east along the Illinois Central Gulf (ex-Vicksburg Shreveport & Pacific) from the Linwood Avenue Overpass in Shreveport. In the center of the scene, at milepost 169.8, was the crossing with a Union Pacific (former Texas & Pacific) line the once served the T&P passenger station and had continued on north to Texarkana. On the other side of the crossing was Junction Yard. |
