Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide showing (L to R) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #4943 and another unit whose number is not recorded. Both are E-2B (B-B) electrics built by General Electric and rated at 2,500 horsepower each. #4943 was built in October of 1951 and retired in June of 1965 after just 14 years of revenue service. Note that just one ~ not two ~ of the four pantographs is in the "up" position. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded.
