Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Richard Short that was taken at the 46th Street Enginehouse in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, during September of 1959. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5562, a BS-10A switcher built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in February of 1950, rated at 1,000 horsepower, and retired in June of 1967 after just 17 years of revenue service.
