| Of the total of 93 Class 511-units built for SBB 2010-2016, 13 six-car and 24 four-car trains are to be used on RegioExpress lines. The remaining trains are in operation with the Zurich S-Bahn. There are two multifunctional areas with storage space for strollers, bicycles and the like. The six-part EMU consists of two power cars and four intermediate cars. All axles are driven in the power cars. |
