Here is page one of a four-page article by E. John Long entitled "Runaway." It was published originally in the August 1953 issue of "Trains & Travel" magazine, page 18. Photo Caption: "Thundering through the train fence and dropping through the concourse floor, the 'Federal' finally stopped sprawled in dramatic ruin." Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4876, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built in Juniata in January of 1939 and rated at 4,620 horsepower.
