Here is a post card photo by Homer R. Hill of Amtrak engine #4935. Caption On Reverse: "Amtrak's GG-1 No. 4935 awaiting next day's dedication ceremony in Union Station, Washington, D.C., on Saturday, May 14, 1977." Shown here is AMTK engine #4935, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) electric built in Juniata as Pennsylvania Railroad #4935 in March of 1943, rated at 4,620 horsepower, later owned by Penn Central and Amtrak, and presently on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg.
