Just because it doesnt have CEFX clearly blasted on the cab, doesnt mean its now owned by them. http://www.thedieselshop.us/RailAM.HTML That has a roster of all RA divisions, it lists all the Espee tunnels in Ohio as being owned by CEFX. Plus UP doesnt have these on roster. If it was still SP, it would show up on the UP's roster.
