D-Prints. Here is a print by Martin S. Zak that was taken near Perdix, Pennsylvania, c. 1955. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5836 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD. #5836 is an EP-22 built in February of 1951 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. In this context, this A-B-A set is passing under four-track Signal Bridge 1142/3 with a passenger train bound for Altoona and points West. Brad Mann Collection.
