Tom Beckett	General	Long hood forward was actually standard operating practice on NS-and on NW and Southern before them. Both roads also specified high short hoods up til around 1980, when NW got an order of C 30-7's and SD 40-2's with low short hoods.	11/28/2025 5:00:40 AM
