Amtrak #11 and UP LRQ31         
Amtrak 78 looks on as two UP GP60s shove a cut of cars into a siding in Salinas. 78 is in charge of the southbound Coast Starlight #11. The two UP GP60s (1090 and 1003) are the power for LRQ31, a local originating in Watsonville, and running south to Soledad.
