| This loco led an interesting life. Baldwin built this 2-8-0 Consolidation type steam locomotive in December of 1923 as RDG #2023. It was massively rebuilt in March of 1947 to RDG 4-8-4 #2128 (class T-1) - quite a rebuild at that! The loco was retired in May of 1960 and presumedly scrapped. No date, location or photographer was listed for the photo so an approximate date & location were used. |
